Toxic is Torakashi's brother and one of the bad guys. He has faked his death twice: He pretended to get run over by a truck after killing Raven and he pretended to get killed by Boomerang. He is also known as The Poison Master, because he knows how to create poison and use it to kill. He has a scythe covered in Poison.
